New Infrastructure Empowers Local Universities to Build Agile New Engineering

摘要 新经济是新工科建设的基础,互联网发展、创新型企业涌现、新产业催生与壮大、制造业智能化以及“双创”的新经济发展趋势,推动着高校在学科专业设置、人才培养价值取向和人才培养模式上逐步转变发展思路,践行实践教育哲学,以更好地去匹配新经济中新技术、新业态、新模式和新产业的人才需求。新基建是地方高校敏捷性新工科建设的着力点,为提升地方高校人才培养与经济社会对创新人才需求的耦合度提供了抓手。地方高校应用型转型发展的预期是为了增强服务区域经济社会发展的能力。因此,地方高校应彻底摈弃学术追赶型的发展路向,植根本土化特色,强化分类发展观,秉承培养生产现场人才的导向,将用户概念贯穿于人才培养的全过程,遵循专业课程教学中目的导向、技术知识逻辑及受教育者对知识和技能需求的三维融合,将学生培养成具有综合性人格力量的充分社会化的生命个体。 The new economy is the foundation of new engineering construction,and the trend of new economic development such as the development of Internet,emergence of innovative enterprises,birth and growth of new industry,intelligent manufacturing and "Double Innovation" promotes universities to shift their development ideas in setting of disciplines,value orientation of talent cultivation and talent training approaches,practice the philosophy of practical education,and match with new technologies,and new forms and models of industry in new economy.The new infrastructure is the focus of the agile new engineering construction for local higher education institutions,which provides a starting point for improving the connection between the talent training at local higher education institutions and the demand for innovative talents in the economy and society.The expectation of application-oriented transformation and development of local higher education institutions is to enhance the ability to serve the regional economic and social development.The local higher education institutions need to completely abandon the development road of academic pursuit,take root in the localization characteristics,strengthen the concept of classified development,adhere to the guidance of cultivating talents on the production site,penetrate the concept of users in the whole process of talent training,and follow the goal orientation,technical knowledge logic and acceptance of professional curriculum teaching.The three-dimensional integration of teachers’ demand for knowledge and skills will cultivate students into fully socialized individuals with comprehensive personality strength.
