摘要
目的分析2019年河北省流通环节市售食用农产品质量安全状况。方法通过对2019年河北省市售的7类食用农产品采样检测,对检测结果进行研究分析,讨论具体不合格原因,形成对策建议。结果在河北省流通环节共采集食用农产品5699份样品进行检测,检出不合格样品119份,整体合格率为97.9%,其中水产品的合格率最低。检测结果发现,豆芽中4-氯苯氧乙酸钠、韭菜中腐霉利以及水产品中镉超标较为普遍。畜禽肉及副产品、水产品和鲜蛋中均有检出恩诺沙星超标的情况。结论结合河北省食用农产品生产经营特点,建议通过强化食用农产品生产经营者的食品安全意识,严格农业投入品监管,强化食用农产品的过程监管以及推进生态农业运行模式等措施,进一步提升食用农产品的质量安全水平。
Objective To analyze the quality and safety of edible agricultural products sold in circulation in Hebei province in 2019.Methods Samples of 7 types of edible agricultural products sold in Hebei province in 2019 were tested,the test results were studied and analyzed,the specific reasons for non-conformity were discussed,and the countermeasures and suggestions were formed.Results A total of 5699 samples of edible agricultural products were collected for testing in the circulation of Hebei province,and 119 unqualified samples were detected,with the overall qualified rate of 97.9%,among which the qualified rate of aquatic products was the lowest.The results showed that sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid in bean sprouts,beancurd in leek and cadmium in aquatic products were more common.Enrofloxacin exceeding the standard was detected in livestock and poultry meat and by-products,aquatic products and fresh eggs.Conclusion Combining with the characteristics of edible agricultural products in Hebei province,it is suggested to strengthen the process of edible agricultural products regulation and promote ecological agriculture operation mode,and further enhance the quality of edible agricultural products safety level by strengthening the consciousness of edible agricultural products producers or marketers.
