Thinking and Reform of Promoting Employment of Social Sports Major under the Situation of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation

目的从"双创"形势下,重新审视社会体育专业就业的困境,分析其困境形成的原因,提出针对性的改革方案,为社体专业的可持续发展提供参考建议。方法通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对社体就业的困局原因进行简要分析,就"双创"形势下对社体专业改革进行SWOT分析,并对双创形势下的具体改革进行阐述。结果与结论1)加快社会体育指导员职业认证制度化建设;2)明确社会体育人才培养目标,凝练就业方向;3)鼓励以特色建设带动课程体系建设;4)推进社会体育专业实践教学模式的改革;5)以市场需求为导向,创新社会体育专业人才培养模式等5个方面进行社会体育专业的改革。

Objective To reexamine the employment dilemma of social sports major under the situation of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",analyze the causes of the dilemma,and put forward targeted reform programs,so as to provide reference and suggestions for the sustainable development of social sports major.Methods Through the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper briefly analyzes the reasons for the dilemma of social sports employment,makes SWOT analysis on the reform of social sports major under the situation of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and expounds the specific reform under the situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Results and Conclusion It is necessary to speed up the institutionalized construction of social sports instructors’professional certification,to clarify the training objectives of social sports talents and condense the direction of employment,to encourage the construction of curriculum system with characteristics,to promote the reform of practical teaching mode of social sports major,and to innovate the talent training mode of social sports major with the guidance of market demand.
