癌痛规范化护理流程对肺癌患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响研究

Effect of Standardized Nursing process for Cancer Pain on Pain and Sleep Quality of Lung Cancer Patients

目的:观察并分析癌痛规范化护理流程在肺癌患者疼痛及睡眠质量中的效果。方法:调查肺癌患者的疼痛现状,制定及优化癌痛规范化护理流程,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及数字评分法(NRS)对癌痛规范化护理流程应用前后的患者睡眠质量和疼痛效果管理进行比较。结果:改进组NRS评分为(2.28±1.06)分,传统组为(4.30±1.18)分,改进组明显低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改进组PSQI总分及各因子得分较前明显降低,且低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:癌痛规范化护理流程,对于肺癌患者的疼痛状况及患者的睡眠质量均有良好的改善作用。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of standardized nursing process on pain and sleep quality of lung cancer patients.Method To investigate the pain status of patients with lung cancer,formulate standardized nursing process for cancer pain,and compare the pain management effect and sleep quality of patients before and after the standardized nursing process was applied by using NRS and PSQI.Results After standardized nursing for cancer pain,the NRS score of the improvement group was(2.28±1.06)and that of the traditional group was(4.30±1.18).The NRS score of the improvement group was significantly lower than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).The total scores of PSQI and the scores of each factor in the improvement group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing process for cancer pain is helpful to relieve the pain of lung cancer patients and improve the sleep quality of patients with good results.
