“鲁班工坊”建设的制约因素及推进策略研究

Study on Constraints and Strategies of Constructing the Luban Workshop in China

"鲁班工坊"是中国职业教育国际化的创举,是中国职业教育迈入高水平发展阶段的重要标志。虽然经过四年多的建设"鲁班工坊"项目初见成效,但是在整体规划、专业设置、经费筹集、师资保障及学生语言素养培养等方面还存在诸多问题,需要从加强顶层政策支持及统一规划、优化专业布局、发挥多主体联动机制、打造国际化师资团队、提升汉语言培训效果等方面予以解决。

Luban Workshop is the innovation of the internationalization vocational education and an important symbol of the high level development of vocational education in China.Although Luban Workshop project has achieved initial success after more than four years construction,there are still many problems existing in the aspects of overall planning,professional setting,fund raising,teacher guarantee and the cultivation of students’language literacy,which need to be solved from the aspects of strengthening top-level policy support and unified planning,optimizing professional layout,exerting multi-agent linkage mechanism,building international teacher team and improving the effect of Chinese language training.
