高职金融专业群人才培养模式研究——基于粤港澳大湾区建设背景下金融高素质技能人才的分析

On Financial Personnel Training Mode at Vocational Colleges——from the Perspective of Building Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

粤港澳大湾区金融业发展需要具有国际视野、通晓三地业务、能深度对接区域经济发展、具有创新思维的高素质金融专业职业技能人才。因此,金融专业群建设是高职院校深度对接区域经济发展、服务现代经济体系和产业发展的重要目标。本文以广东工程职业技术学院为例,介绍了该校金融专业群的建设情况,归纳总结其在专业群建设过程中的先进经验。最后从加强学校顶层设计、对接区域经济发展、深化产教融合、加大师资队伍建设及建立1+X证书试点等方面对专业群建设提出保障性建议。通过由点及面的介绍和归纳,以期为其他高职院校专业群建设提供参考。

The development of financial industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(hereafter referred to as the Area)needs high-quality financial professionals with innovative thinking and international vision.These talents need to be both proficient in businesses in the three regions(i.e.Guangdong province,Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR)and familiar with the economic development trend of the Area.Therefore,the construction of finance specialty group can enable vocational colleges to meet the demands of regional economic development and well serve modern economic system and industrial development.This paper introduces the financial specialty construction of Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic(GEP)and summarizes its advanced experiences in this respect.The author puts forward some supporting suggestions from five aspects,i.e.strengthening the top-level design,serving the regional economic development,deepening the integration of industry and education,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and piloting the"1 Plus X"certificate program,hoping to provide reference for the specialty construction of other vocational colleges.
