摘要
藜麦是一种非常适合人类食用的营养食品,它不仅富含优质蛋白质,还含有多酚、黄酮类、皂苷等生物活性成分。从藜麦的价值、种子萌发、干旱和盐碱胁迫、高产栽培技术等方面,总结概述了当前我国有关藜麦栽培生理研究的最新进展,并对藜麦栽培生理方面的工作提出了展望,以期为我国藜麦的深入研究与开发利用提供理论依据。
Chenopodium quinoa is a nutritious food suitable for human consumption.It is not only rich in quality protein,but also contains polyphenols,flavonoids,saponins and other bioactive components.From the aspects on the value of Chenopodium quinoa,seed germination,drought and saline-alkali stress,high yield cultivation techniques,the author summarizes the latest progress in the physiological research of Chenopodium quinoa cultivation in China,and puts forward the prospect of the physiological work of Chenopodium quinoa cultivation in order to provide theoretical basis for the further research and utilization of Chenopodium quinoa in China.
