摘要
文章介绍了八钢公司开发牵引车牵引座安装板用钢650L的产品设计、生产工艺和实物质量控制情况。通过低碳低锰添加Ti、Nb微合金元素成分设计,运用控轧控冷技术,开发出了高强度的牵引座安装板用钢650L。该产品质量稳定,具有较高的耐冲击、力学性能,满足了用户需求。
This paper introduces the product design,production process and quality control of 650Lsteel for tractor mounting plate developed by Bayi Steel.The 650L high strength traction seat mounting plate steel 650L was developed by means of low carbon and low manganese addition of Ti,Nb micro alloy elements and controlled rolling and cooling technology.The product has stable quality,high impact resistance and mechanical properties,meeting the needs of users.
