粉煤灰合成沸石处理重金属废水的实验探索

摘要 以粉煤灰合成的沸石作为吸附剂,在实验室研究其对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)离子的吸附性能,探寻pH环境、沸石用量及絮凝剂对吸附效果的影响。实验结果表明,在pH=4的酸性环境下,有利于Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附,对于20.00ml废水中的Cr(Ⅵ)沸石吸附的最佳用量为0.1000~0.1200g,絮凝剂(聚合铝)对吸附有一定的促进作用。 Using zeolites synthesized from fly ash as adsorbent,the adsorption performance of Cr(VI)ion in waste water was studied in the laboratory,and the effects of pH environment,zeolites dosage and flocculant on the adsorption effect were explored.The experimental results show that the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)is beneficial to the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)in the acidic environment with pH=4.The optimal adsorption amount of Cr(Ⅵ)zeolite in 20.00 ml waste water is 0.1000-0.1200 g,and the flocculant(polyaluminum)can promote the adsorption.
