螺旋焊管内外焊自动跟踪装置的应用

摘要 螺旋管在成型过程中,因为板材宽度变化、前后摆桥等因素的影响,焊点位置会不断发生变化。内、外焊焊缝一般是操作工用肉眼看缝,持续看缝时间1.5小时至8小时,容易因视觉疲劳造成焊偏,影响产品质量.根据产线特点配置了内、外焊自动跟踪装置,可以实现无人化操作,减人增效,提高产品质量。 During the forming process of spiral pipe,the position of solder joint will change continuously because of the change of sheet width,front and rear swing bridge and other factors.Internal and external welding seam is generally the operator with the naked eye to see the seam,continue to see the seam time 1.5 hours to 8 hours,easily due to visual fatigue caused by welding deviation,affecting product quality.According to the characteristics of the production line,the automatic tracking device for internal and external welding is configured,which can realize unmanned operation,reduce manpower and increase efficiency,and improve product quality.
