住院患者癌痛护理质量评价指标体系的构建

Establishment of evaluation index system for quality of cancer pain nursing for hospitalized patients

目的构建肿瘤住院患者疼痛护理质量评价指标体系,指导护士行为,促进肿瘤住院患者疼痛护理质量的持续提高。方法在文献检索基础上,以“要素-环节-终末”模式为依据,采用半结构式访谈及Delphi法,确定针对肿瘤住院患者疼痛护理质量评价指标体系。结果2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率分别为100.0%及86.96%,专家权威系数Cr分别为0.893和0.903,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.183和0.216,最终形成的指标体系包括一级指标3项,二级指标14项,三级指标46项。结论住院患者癌痛护理质量评价指标体系设置科学,具有可操作性和实用性,有助于疼痛规范管理的持续改进。

Objective To establish an evaluation index system for quality of cancer pain nursing for hospitalized patients,and to improve caner pain nursing quality continuously.Methods Based on the three dimensional quality structure model"factor-link-final",literature review,semi-structured interview and Delphi method were adopted to determine the nursing quality indicator system.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the effective response rates were 100%and 86.96%;authority coefficients were 0.893 and 0.903.Coefficients of concordance were 0.183 and 0.216.The indicator system consisted of 3 first level indicators,14 second level indicators and 46 third level indicators.Conclusion Thee valuation index system of hospitalized patients on cancer pain is scientific,practical and operational,which could facilitate sustainable development of cancer pain.
