摘要
随着我国大型建设项目的不断投资,大件运输车辆通行公路桥梁的需求也与日剧增。为了更加准确快捷地评估大件运输车辆能否安全通过运输路线上所有桥梁,常用的检算方法有等代荷载判别法和实际荷载检算法,然而两种方法均建立在“认为桥梁运营多年后的受力状态与设计状态完全一致,不存在结构损伤”的假设上,显然这种假设是不成立的。提出一种承载能力修正后的实际荷载检算方法,采用三种方法对大件运输工程实例桥梁进行评估,并将评估结果与桥梁实时监测结果进行比较,分析得出三种方法的优缺点。
With the continuous investment of large-scale construction projects in China,the demand for traffic highway bridge with large transport vehicles is also increasing.In order to more accurately and quickly evaluate whether large transport vehicles can pass through all bridges on the transportation route,the common checking methods are equivalent load discrimination method and actual load checking method.However,both methods are based on the assumption that the stress state of the bridge after years of operation is completely consistent with the design state,with no structural damage.Obviously,this assumption is not tenable.An actual load checking method after the correction of bearing capacity is put forward.Three methods are used to evaluate the bridge of large transport project case,and the evaluation results are compared with the real-time monitoring results of the bridge,so as to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods.
