摘要
为了研究委内瑞拉岩沥青改性沥青的制备工艺,通过分析研究改性沥青常用制备工艺及工艺关键参数,基于四因素三水平L(34)正交试验设计方案,研究了VRA改性沥青的制备温度、发育时间、剪切时间、剪切速率等关键参数对改性沥青性能的影响规律,对正交试验结果开展均值、极差、显著性等分析研究,提出了VRA改性沥青制备工艺参数最佳组合为:制备温度145℃、发育时间40min、剪切时间30min、剪切速率4000r/min。
In order to study the preparation process of rock asphalt and modified asphalt from Venezuela,based on the orthogonal test design scheme for four factor and three level L(34),the influence rule of key parameters such as preparation temperature,development time,shear time and shear rate on the performance of modified asphalt is studied through the analysis of the common preparation process and key parameters of the modified asphalt.The analysis and research of mean value,range,significance and etc.on the orthogonal test result is made.The optimal portfolio of preparation process parameters of VRA modified asphalt is put forward:preparation temperature 145℃,development time 40min,shear time 30min,shear rate 4000r/min.
