江西省林下经济发展现状分析与思考展望

Present situation analysis and thinking prospect of non-timber forest-based economy development in Jiangxi Province

林下经济是国内近些年出现的崭新的生态复合经营方式和模式,有着蓬勃的发展势头。在践行“两山理论”和建设生态文明的新形势下,发展林下经济已成为推进国家生态文明试验区建设、打造美丽中国“江西样板”的迫切需要。本文从林下经济的概念、内涵出发,围绕林下经济立体发展现状与促进林下经济发展对策两方面对江西省林下经济发展的重要意义、现状、存在的问题及发展前景进行分析,并以贵溪市冷水国有林场为例,从人才技术、资金筹措、产业规划等几方面提出了适合江西省林下经济发展的模式和对策,为新形势下江西省林下经济实现健康可持续发展提供理论依据。

Non-timber forest-based economy is a brand-new ecological compound management mode and mode in China in recent years,which has a vigorous development momentum.Under the new situation of practicing the"two mountains theory"and building ecological civilization,the development of non-timber forest-based economy has become an urgent need to promote the construction of national ecological civilization experimental zone,and create a beautiful model of Jiangxi in China.Based on the concept and connotation of non-timber forest-based economy,this paper analyzes the significance,current situation,existing problems and development prospects of non-timber forest-based economy development in Jiangxi Province from two aspects:the three-dimensional development status of non-timber forest-based economy and the countermeasures for promoting non-timber forest-based economy development.Taking Lengshui State-owned Forest Farm in guixi city as an example,this paper puts forward the model and countermeasures suitable for non-timber forest-based economy development in Jiangxi Province from aspects of talent technology,fund raising and industrial planning,which provides theoretical basis for realizing healthy and sustainable development of non-timber forest-based economy in Jiangxi Province under the new situation.
