摘要
将污水、土壤、地下水中以及缴获的毒品、易制毒化学品降解为水、CO2和无机盐是实现毒品、易制毒化学品无害化销毁的关键。分析研究了生活污水、制毒废液中毒品的高级氧化降解技术;同时,论述了密闭炉窑焚烧毒品尾气净化的RTO、TO、催化燃烧技术及其工艺原理。结合公安禁毒工作安全、经济、环保的常态化需求,提出了制毒案件污染场地治理、缴获毒品(易制毒化学品)无害化销毁技术的研究方向。
Degrading drugs in sewage,soil,groundwater,as well as seized drugs and precursor chemicals into water,CO2 and inorganic salts,is the key to harmless destruction of drugs and precursor chemicals.The advanced oxidative degradation technology of drugs in domestic sewage and drug manufacturing waste liquid is studied and discussed.At the same time,RTO,TO,catalytic combustion technology and its process principles of purifying the tail gas produced by burning drugs in a closed furnace are discussed.Combining with the normalized needs of public security narcotics control for safety,economy,and environmental protection,this paper puts forward the research direction of the treatment of contaminated sites in drug manufacturing cases and the harmless destruction technology of seized drugs(or precursor chemicals).
