摘要
脑功能成像技术可以捕捉人类特定行为时大脑的电、磁信号,测定激活脑区的耗氧量,对大脑的认知、思维、记忆、情绪、意志及病理性精神症状等进行辅助识别与检测,判断脑结构与功能是否异常。通过观察人们进行认知活动时的脑部激活情况,可以建立脑部生理活动与人的内在思维、外在行为之间的联系,并应用于公安工作中。结合3种主流脑功能成像技术应用于神经医学、法学等领域的理论基础与实践,探讨其在案件侦查、审讯、特殊人群治安防控领域中的应用可能性,揭示该技术应用于公安工作的潜力与广阔前景。
Brain functional imaging technology can capture the brain electrical and magnetic signals during specific human behaviors,measure the oxygen consumption of activated brain areas,assist in the identification and detection of cognitive,thinking,memory,emotion and pathological mental symptoms of the brain,and judge whether the brain structure and function are abnormal;Meanwhile,by observing the brain activation when people carry out cognitive activities,the connection established between brain physiological activities and people's internal thinking and external behavior,which is the basis for application in public security work.Based on the theoretical basis and practice of three mainstream brain imaging technologies applied in Neuromedicine,law,biology,and other fields,this paper discusses the possibility of their application in the field of case investigation,interrogation and public security prevention and control of special groups,and reveals the great potential and broad prospect of the application of the technology in public security work.
