摘要
以某中水处理站厌氧池活性污泥为混合菌种,以葡萄糖溶液为模拟生活废水,构建单室微生物燃料电池。利用微生物燃料电池处理生活废水并产电,可以在处理废水的同时实现能量的回收利用。实验结果表明:当葡萄糖浓度控制在10 mmol·L^-1,温度控制在35℃时,具有最佳的电化学性能。其输出电压为0.326 V,维持的时间为1120 min,最大输出功率密度为846.87 mW·m^-3,内阻240Ω,COD去除率为46.11%。
The microbial fuel cell was made with the activated sludge as a simulated domestic wastewater from the anaerobic tank of one reclaimed water treatment station.The paper applies microbial fuel cell to treat domestic wastewater and generates electricity,which can realize the recovery and utilization of energy while treating wastewater.The results show that when the glucose concentration is controlled at 10 mmol·L^-1 and the temperature is at 35℃,it has the best electrochemical performance.The output voltage is 0.326 V,the holding time is 1120 min,the maximum output power density is 846.87,the internal resistance is 240Ω,and the COD removal rate is 46.11%.
