摘要
经济和技术的巨大进步造就了社会发展的新环境和新态势,也带来了人们价值认知体系的变化与发展,并由此引发人们对职业理想的多元化思考。大学生的职业理想教育既有助于他们适应角色的转换,同时也有助于他们职业理想的选择与实现。职业理想的务实性与高远性的理论特征与现实呈现决定了大学生职业理想教育可以从以职业认知与自我认知为核心的职业教育、从以职业信仰与理想信念为基石的理想教育入手。
The great progress of economy and technology has created a new environment and new situation of social development,and also brought about the change and development of people’s value cognition system,which triggered people’s diversified thinking of career ideal.College students’career ideal education not only helps them adapt to the change of roles,but also helps them choose and realize their career ideal.The practicality and lofty theoretical features and reality of career ideal determine that the education of college students’career ideal can start from the vocational education with career cognition and self-cognition as the core and the ideal education with career belief and ideal belief as the cornerstone.
