摘要
文章探讨了图书预约服务中预约成功率低下的难题及其原因,进而以广东省立中山图书馆“图书预约服务智能快递柜应用”为例,通过数据分析,提出智能快递柜的应用不仅可以解决图书预约的规范性、数据统一问题,还可以降低出纳人员的工作压力,提升图书预约成功率。
Taking“book reservation service intelligent express cabinet application”as an example,this paper discusses the problem of low success rate of book reservation service and its reasons.Through the application practice and application data analysis of intelligent express cabinet in book reservation,it is found that the application of intelligent express cabinet can solve the problems of standardization and data unification of book reservation,reduce the working pressure of cashier,and improve the success rate of book reservation.
