RISE-DE评估模型在大学研究数据管理(RDM)中的应用及对比分析——以波茨坦大学为例

Application and Comparative Analysis of RISE-DE Evaluation Model in University Research Data Management(RDM):A Case Study of the University of Potsdam

大学研究数据管理作为开放科学进程的重要组成部分,越来越受到各国政府、科学组织、研究机构的重视。通过对德国波茨坦大学RISE-DE模型在制定RDM面向利益相关者参与的结构化战略流程中的应用进行分析,对基于CMM的美国雪城大学RDM模型,借鉴康奈尔模型的格拉斯哥大学CARDIO模型,以及基于DCC的RISE模型的德国RISE-DE模型进行对比研究,梳理三种能力成熟度模型的差异和特点,为我国高校开展研究数据管理服务工作提供借鉴。

As an important part of open science process,university research data management has been paid more and more attention by governments,scientific organizations and research institutions.Based on the analysis of the application of RISE-DE model of Potsdam University in Germany in the process of developing RDM for stakeholder participation,this paper compares the RDM model of Syracuse University Based on CMM,cardio model of University of Glasgow based on Cornell model,and RISE-DE model based on DCC model in Germany.The differences and characteristics provide reference for China's universities to carry out research data management services.
