基于雷达图的贴敷治疗慢性前列腺炎临床报告研究

Clinical Report Study on Chronic Prostatitis Treated by Plastering Therapy Based on Radar Map

目的:使用雷达图评估贴敷疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的文献质量。方法:电子检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据医学信息系统、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普信息资源系统、Pubmed、Cochrane Library和Embase建库至至今贴敷治疗CP的文献,从随机、分配隐藏、实施者和参与者双盲、结局评估盲法、不全结局数据和选择性结果报告等6方面评价文献质量,数据输入Excel 2016绘制各项目秩数雷达图。结果:纳入RCT文献10篇Jadad>3分的临床报告,共1064例(针灸类贴敷组529例,对照组535例),质量秩数为10、平均得分4.20,主要存在分配隐藏、盲法等问题。结论:贴敷疗法治疗CP的高质量文献属于高分中较低层次,尚需进一步运用规范方案设计研究,仍需结合有效研究评价方法,提高文献质量,为临床推广应用提供更加可靠和强有力的证据支撑。

Objective: To evaluate the quality of literature on chronic prostatitis( CP) by using radar map.Methods: The literature on CP treated by plastering therapy was retrieved from databases of CNKI,Wanfang,China Biomedicine,VIP,Pubmed,Cochrane Library and Embase Database,the quality of literatures were assessed in terms of randomization,allocation concealment,implementation subjects and double-blinded participants,blinded evaluation,incomplete outcome data and selective outcome reporting. Excel 2016 was used to plot the ranks of each project. Results: 10 RCTs with Jadad more than 3 were included in the study,involving 1 064 cases( 529 cases in the treatment group and 535 cases in the control group). The quality rank was 10 and the average score was 4. 20. There were mainly problems of allocation concealment and blindness.Conclusion: The high quality literature of CP treated by plastering therapy belongs to the lower level of the high scores. It is necessary to further use the normative design research,combined with effective research evaluation methods to improve the quality of the literature,and provide more reliable support and strong evidence for clinical application of the therapy.
