摘要
以吡啶、咪唑、蝶啶为代表的氮杂环化合物具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗增殖等活性.Acuminatine、Luotonin A、Lynamicins D等生物碱的关键母核均为氮杂环.在不同金属催化下,双环化反应在合成氮杂环化合物中得到了充分应用.文章综述了在钌、钯、铜等过渡金属催化下构建异喹啉酮、环戊[c]吡啶、双吲哚等氮杂环的双环化反应,可为后续工作的开展提供指导.
Nitrogen heterocyclic compounds represented by pyridine,imidazole and pteridine have anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant and anti-proliferation activities.The key mother nucleus of Acuminatine,Luotonin A,and Lynamicins D and other alkaloids is nitrogen heterocycle.Under the catalysis of different metals,the bicyclic reaction has been fully applied in the synthesis of nitrogen heterocyclic compounds.This article reviews the bicyclic reaction of isoquinolinone,cyclopenta[c]pyridine,diindole and other nitrogen heterocycles under the catalysis of transition metals such as ruthenium,palladium,and copper,which will provide guidance for the subsequent work.
