摘要
环氧丙烷是一种常见的化工原料,具备易燃性和毒性,不同浓度的环氧丙烷可能产生的危害程度和处置方式不同。通过建立一种快速检测定量分析环氧丙烷的方法,利用便携式拉曼光谱仪进行无损检测,应用于样品的定性、定量分析。通过不同浓度的环氧丙烷拉曼光谱特征峰(901 cm-1)结合标准曲线法,绘制标准工作曲线。本方法测定简单、操作方便,无需添加其他化学试剂,可用于环氧丙烷含量的现场检测。
Propylene oxide is a common chemical raw material,which is flammable and toxic and different degrees of propylene oxide may cause different degrees of harm and disposal methods.The purpose of this experiment is to establish a method of rapid detection and quantitative analysis of propylene oxide,using a portable Raman spectrometer for non-destructive detection technology,and applying it in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples.In this work,a standard working curve is drawn by using the characteristic peaks of propylene oxide Raman spectra(901 cm-1)in combination with the standard curve method.This method has the advantages of simple determination and convenient operation,and does not need to add other chemical reagents,which can be used for on-site detection of propylene oxide content.
