A three-level integrated engineering project HSSE management support system of"Enterprise+Supervision+Contractor"is designed and developed based on application of modern information technology and equipment,which has the functions of personnel management,training and examination,construction equipment management,risk management,supervision and inspection,assessment,reward and punishment and other major business process management,and meantime provides expert knowledge base to effectively support project HSSE management.The application results of several projects show that the system above can meet the needs of enterprises,supervisors and contractors for the implementation of integrated HSSE management,optimize the management process of each business link,strengthen the management and control means,and effectively solve the problems in HSSE management,such as insufficient personnel capacity and unfulfilled responsibilities.Furthermore,the system has promoted the standardization,refinement and efficiency of HSSE management,and enhanced the effectiveness of field management,illustrating a broad application prospect.
