云南省某绿色公共建筑全生命周期能耗量化分析 被引量:1

摘要 选取已通过云南省三星级绿色建筑运行标识的某公共建筑,收集其建造阶段实际材料使用量并计算出能耗。模拟运行期间的能耗数据,预估其拆除和建筑垃圾处理阶段耗能量,进行全生命周期的能耗计算。并根据案例项目实际采取的节能策略计算节能量,进一步分析得出云南省绿色公共建筑在保持良好运行状态的前提下,采取较低成本节能策略产生的全生命周期实际能耗。 A public building that has passed the three-stars green building operation logo in Yunnan Province was selected,and the actual materials used in the construction phase was collected to calculate the energy consumption.The energy consumption data during operation was simulated to estimate the energy consumption of demolition and construction waste treatment stage,and calculate the energy consumption in the whole life cycle.According to the actual energy-saving strategy of the case project,the energy-saving is calculated,and further analyzed,finding the actual whole life circle energy consumption of green public buildings in Yunnan Province under the premise of maintaining good operation status,which is generated by the low-cost energy-saving strategy.
