“政校园”协同背景下双元育人体系的构建与实践 被引量:1

摘要 从“产学研融合”的视角,探讨在“政校园”深度融合的背景下,构建符合学前教育专业人才培养特点的双元育人体系,形成由政府主导高校主管,兼顾办学、人才培养与社会服务一体化的育人机制,搭建集教学、办园、实训一体化的实践育人平台,构建以实践基地幼儿园为中心,以学生为主体,以高校教师和幼儿园教师共同为主导,校—园深度融合的实践教学体系,形成课程互融、实践渗透、协同指导、人才共育共享的育人新模式。双元育人体系的构建与实践,在人才培养、专业建设等方面取得了显著成效,可为提升新时代学前教育专业人才培养质量提供借鉴。 This paper explores how to build a dual educational system that caters to the characteristics of the training of preschool education professionals from the perspective of the integration of IAR(industry-academia-research).This system forms an integrated educational mechanism guided by the government and governed by the universities,which can balance school-running,talents-cultivation and social service.It establishes a practical educational platform integrating teaching,kindergarten and internship.It builds a practical teaching system deeply integrating universities and kindergartens,with the practice base kindergartens as the center,students as the principal parts,university and kindergarten teachers as the guide.It also forms a new cultivating mode of integrating courses,merging practices,joint supervision and collaborative education and sharing.The construction and practice of the dual educational system has achieved great effects in talents cultivation and programs construction,which can serve as an example for improving the quality of training preschool education professionals in the new era.
