Designing Method for New Operational Scenario and Its Practice

新兴技术迅猛发展,驱动作战装备、概念、机理、战法和空间等的作战场景要素发生深刻变化,导致新型作战场景设计的需求日益迫切。归纳提出了包括确定场景主题、设计作战背景、配置兵力编组、明确指挥关系和设计作战过程5个主要步骤的作战场景设计方法,详细描述了各步骤的设计内容和设计方法。最后,以设计新型水面舰艇防空作战场景为例,给出了作战场景设计方法的应用实践。

With the rapid development of emerging technologies,profound changes have taken place in the operational scenario elements driving the operational equipment,operational concepts,operational mechanism,tactics and battlespace,etc.,leading to the keen demand for designing the new operational scenario.An operational scenario designing method is proposed including five key steps:determining the theme of the scenario,designing the background of the conflict,configuring the force formation,defining the C2 chain and arranging the course of the action.The designing contents and designing method of each step are described.Finally,with an anti-air scenario case of a warship formation,an application practice of the operational scenario designing method is presented.
