In chemical production,coal to methanol is a key content,in addition to ensuring production efficiency and quality,we should also pay more attention to safety work.Especially in recent years,many new processes and equipment have been widely used,and higher requirements have been put forward for the safety of coal to methanol.Due to the lack of perfect safety management system,the hidden dangers of safety can not be dealt with in time,which limits the future development of enterprises.Therefore,should master each production link key point,strengthens the control dynamics.This paper analyzes the importance of safety management in the process of coal methanol production,puts forward the safety problems in the process of coal methanol production,and explores the safety management measures in the process of coal methanol production.
