The Infiltration of People-oriented Concept in Chemical Safety Management

改革开放以来,特别是进入新世纪后,我国化工行业发展迅速,其在促进我国国民经济增长方面发挥着十分重要的作用。从总体来看,化工行业的安全生产问题和环保问题都比较突出。对于化工企业自身来说,实施安全管理是非常重要且必要的企业管理措施,结合目前企业安全事故频发的事实,如何增强企业员工的安全意识已经成了企业发展的重要任务。对此,以化工生产安全管理作为研究对象,在介绍安全管理概念及以人为本管理理念的基础上,详尽分析了化工生产中的常见安全问题,并对基于以人为本理念的化工安全管理要点进行探究。

Since the reform and opening up,especially after entering the new century,my country’s chemical industry has developed rapidly,and it has played a very important role in promoting the growth of my country’s national economy.From an overall point of view,the safety production and environmental issues in the chemical industry are relatively prominent.For chemical companies themselves,the implementation of safety management is a very important and necessary corporate management measure.Combined with the fact that corporate security accidents occur frequently,how to enhance the safety awareness of corporate employees has become an important task for corporate development.In this regard,the article takes chemical production safety management as the research object.Based on the introduction of safety management concepts and people-oriented management concepts,it analyzes in detail the common safety issues in chemical production and explores the key points of chemical safety management based on people-oriented concepts.
