摘要
采用热力学软件FactSage8.0,用Einstein-Roscoe公式计算液固混合物的黏度,通过正交实验进行直观、方差及主效应分析,研究玄武岩化学成分对黏度的影响。结果表明,化学成分对玄武岩黏度影响的主次顺序为MgO>FeO>SiO2>CaO>Fe2O3>Al2O3,增加CaO、FeO、MgO质量,减少SiO2、Al2O3质量均有利于玄武岩熔体黏度的降低。
This paper had studied the effect of basalt’s chemical composition on the viscosity of the melt through the thermodynamics software FactSage7.2,using Einstein-Roscoe to calculate the viscosity of the mixture of solid and liquid,and through orthogonal experiment for intuitive variance and main effect analysis.Results showed that,effect of chemical composition on basalt’s viscosity is as follows:MgO>FeO>SiO2>CaO>Fe2O3>Al2O3.Additionally,increase in the quality of CaO,FeO and MgO,as well as,decrease in the quality of SiO2 and Al2O3 are all helpful to decrease the viscosity of basalt’s melt.
