摘要
为科学评估农业旱灾的脆弱性,从敏感性和恢复性两方面选取13个指标,采用熵值法计算指标权重;从确定灰类数和白化权函数两方面,构建基于正态灰云聚类的评估模型,通过该模型对2018年河南省18个地区的农业旱灾脆弱性进行评估.
In order to scientifically evaluate the vulnerability of agricultural drought,13 indicators were selected from sensitivity and recoverability,and the index weights were calculated by entropy method.An evaluation model based on normal grey cloud clustering was established from two aspects of determining grey number and whitening weight function.The vulnerability of agricultural drought in 18 regions of Henan Province in 2018 was evaluated by this model.
