Analysis of the Realistic Value of E-commerce Helping Targeted Poverty Alleviation——Take Poverty Alleviation Practice in Longnan City as an Example

本文以陇南市扶贫实践为例探析电子商务助力精准扶贫的实现价值.电子商务扶贫实践是一种“网络扶智”的扶贫方式,通过微信、淘宝直播、微博等途径支持贫困地区农特产品发展,创建优质农产品的品牌建设、促进就业创业和当地的旅游发展.通过扶贫形式、基础设施、人才培养和众筹扶贫项目分析陇南市电商扶贫的创新点,对该地区的扶贫实践进行反思、总结经验,实践证明电商扶贫是脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴的有力途径.

In this paper,the poverty alleviation practice of Longnan city was taken as an example to explore the realization value of e-commerce assisting the targeted poverty alleviation.It was found that the e-commerce practice was a kind of network fostering wisdom for poverty alleviation,through WeChat,Taobao,microblog and other ways to support the development of agricultural special products in poverty-stricken areas and creating high quality agricultural products brand construction,promote the employment of entrepreneurship and the local tourism development.By analyzing the innovative points of e-commerce poverty alleviation in Longnan city from the aspects of poverty alleviation forms,infrastructure,talent training and crowd-funding poverty alleviation projects,the poverty alleviation practice in this region was reflected on and the experience summarized,so as to conclude that e-commerce poverty alleviation was a powerful way for poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
