高职院校“五位一体”创新创业教育生态体系的构建与实践

Construction and Practice of"Five-in-one"Ecological System of Innovative Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校创新创业教育具有开放性、多元协同性的特征,需要建立符合高职院校学生特点的创新创业教育体系。针对上述要求,构建“五位一体”创新创业教育生态体系,即以培养学生创新创业能力为中心,“体制机制”“课程建设”“师资队伍”“竞赛与活动”和“实践平台”五大体系围绕该中心协同推进,形成良性循环、可持续发展的双创教育体系。以柳州职业技术学院为例,介绍“五位一体”创新创业教育生态体系的构建与实践。

The innovative entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges has the characteristics of openness and multiple synergy,so it is necessary to establish an innovative entrepreneurship education system which accords with the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges.In view of the above requirements,the"five-in-one"ecological system of innovative entrepreneurship education is constructed,that is,to cultivate students'innovative entrepreneurial ability as the center.The five systems of"system mechanism","curriculum construction","teachers","competition and activity"and"practice platform"are coordinated around the center to form a virtuous circle and sustainable mass entrepreneurship and innovation education system.Taking Liuzhou vocational and technical college as an example,this paper introduces the construction and practice of the ecological system of"five in one"innovative entrepreneurship education.
