改进与创新是高职院校的内生动力。以柳州职业技术学院为例,构建“三层次四维度”绩效改进与创新管理系统,改进与创新活动的组织与策划,并在实施过程中不断探索改进方法,从而推动高职院校的高质量发展。

Improvement and innovation are the endogenous motivation of higher vocational colleges.Taking Liuzhou vocational and technical college as an example,this paper builds a"three-level and four-dimensional"performance improvement and innovation management system,improves and innovate the organization and planning of activities,and continuously explores improvement methods during the implementation process,so as to promote the high quality of higher vocational colleges development.
