基于运气学理论分析400例冠心病病人先天禀赋的运气学特点

Characteristics of Innate Endowment in 400 Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Based on the Theory of Motion and Qi

目的根据五运六气理论,通过观察冠心病体质学和运气学特点之间的关系,研究冠心病先天禀赋的运气学特点。方法对符合纳入标准的400例病人,根据病人出生时间五运六气学时象,推演运气学禀赋,同时对病人进行体质学辨识,应用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行处理,分析其相关性。结果冠心病发病体质以痰湿质、气虚质居多;对运气学先天禀赋归类为24种类型,发现热火偏胜型及火热型、湿土偏胜型明显高于其他类型。结论运气学先天禀赋不同于后天体质,虽不能与后天9种体质一一对应,但从冠心病后天痰湿体质的角度看,先天禀赋也分散于湿运说的特点之中,可能说明两者具有一定的相关性。

Objective To study the characteristics of the innate endowment of patients with coronary heart disease according to the theory of five-movement and six-qi.Methods According to the time of birth of 400 patients who met the inclusion criteria,the natural endowment of five-movement and six-qi was deduced,at the same time,the identification of constitution was carried out,and SPSS 22.0 software was used to process the data,and the relation was analyzed.Results The constitution of coronary heart disease was mostly phlegm-dampness constitution and Qi-deficiency constitution.The natural endowment of five-movement and six-qi,which were classified into 24 types,and found that the types of heat-heat preference,and wet-earth preference were significantly higher than other types.Conclusion The innate endowment of five-movement and six-qi is different from the acquired constitution,although it does not correspond to the acquired nine constitutions,but from the perspective of the acquired constitution of phlegm and dampness in coronary heart disease,the innate endowment is also scattered among the characteristics of the Shiyun theory,could mean there is some relation.
