血流导向装置Pipeline联合弹簧圈治疗颈内动脉大型和巨大型未破裂动脉瘤的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血流导向装置Pipeline联合弹簧圈治疗颈内动脉大型和巨大型未破裂动脉瘤的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月—2019年1月黄河三门峡医院收治的10例颈内动脉大型和巨大型未破裂动脉瘤病人,均行血流导向装置Pipeline联合弹簧圈治疗,回顾性分析病人的临床资料及随访结果。结果10例病人手术均顺利完成,7例效果较理想,未出现明显手术并发症,1例术后在治疗同侧出现脑出血,药物干预后遗留有左侧无力后遗症,1例术后在治疗同侧出现皮层脑梗死,药物干预后无明显后遗症,1例术后次日入院前就存在的头痛较前加重,治疗后头痛消失,所有病人均顺利出院,随访6个月,复查全脑数字减影血管造影提示动脉瘤均闭塞。结论血流导向装置Pipeline联合弹簧圈治疗颈内动脉大型和巨大型未破裂动脉瘤的效果及预后良好,但需根据动脉瘤的具体情况,慎重选择。
