摘要
阐述时间管理倾向的概念,从护理人员时间管理倾向的现状、护理人员主观幸福感及两者之间的关系等方面进行综述,旨在了解护理人员时间管理倾向与幸福感关系的现状,以期能制定出更适合护理人员的时间管理机制,提高护理人员的主观幸福感,从而提高护理质量。
It reviewed the concept of time management disposition,the status quo and relationship of time management disposition and the subjective well-being of nursing staff.The aim was to understand the status quo of the relationship between nursing staff′s time management disposition and well-being,in order to develop a more suitable time management mechanism for nursing staff,improve the subjective well-being of nursing staff,and improve the quality of nursing.
