摘要
以谷氨酸钠与二乙二醇双甲酸酯双酰氯制备新型螯合剂二甘醇双甲酸酯双酰谷氨酸,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和质谱仪(MS)对其结构进行表征。考察谷氨酸钠与二乙二醇双甲酸酯双酰氯摩尔比、水与二氯甲烷的体积比等对反应的影响,得到较合适的反应条件为谷氨酸钠与二乙二醇双甲酸酯双酰氯的摩尔比2.1∶1、水与二氯甲烷体积比1∶7、反应温度为0℃。在该反应条件下,产率为78.25%。通过连续变化法确定螯合物的配位比为1∶1,并计算出二甘醇双甲酸酯双酰谷氨酸对Ca^2+的配位稳定常数为3.06×10^8。结果表明:二甘醇双甲酸酯双酰谷氨酸对Ca2+的结合能力较强,螯合效果好。
Anovel chelating agent diethylene glycol diformate bisacyl glutamic acid was prepared from sodium glutamate and diethylene glycol bisformate dichloride.The structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and mass spectrometry(MS).The effects of the molar ratio of sodium glutamate and diethylene glycol diformate diacid chloride,and the volume ratio of water to dichloromethane on reaction were studied.The suitable reaction conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of sodium glutamate to diethylene of 2.1∶1,the volume ratio of water to dichloromethane of 1∶7,and the reaction temperature of 0℃.The yield was 78.25%under the reaction conditions.The coordination ratio of the chelate was 1∶1 determined by the continuous change method.The complex stability constant of diethylene glycol diformate bisacyl glutamic acid for calcium ions was 3.06×10^8.Results showed that diethylene glycol diformate bisacyl glutamic acid had a strong binding ability to calcium ions,and the chelating effect was good.
