销钉式花岗岩石材幕墙面板平面外承载力试验 被引量:3

摘要 传统销钉式花岗岩石材幕墙在外荷载作用下的破坏时有发生。为分析销钉式花岗岩石材幕墙面板在平面外荷载作用下的力学性能,通过单调与低周往复加载对其进行平面外承载力试验,分别得到对应的荷载位移关系曲线,结合有限元数值模拟验证试验结果的准确性,并对比研究两种加载方式对面板的强度、变形能力和破坏模式的影响。结果表明:花岗岩石材幕墙面板的力学性能和破坏模式受加载方式的影响;面板与销钉之间的滑移对低周往复荷载作用下的承载力影响较大,对单调荷载作用下的承载力影响较小;面板与销钉连接处是薄弱部位,在平面外荷载作用下面板会出现应力集中现象,且呈现脆性破坏的特征。试验研究结果可为销钉式花岗岩石材幕墙的设计提供参考。 External load damage to granite cladding panels with dowel pin connection has occurred occasionally.To analyze the mechanical properties of granite cladding panels with dowel pin connection under the action of out-of-plane loading,the out-of-plane bearing capacity tests were performed by monotonous and cyclic loads,and the corresponding load-displacement curves were obtained.The accuracy of the experimental results was verified by the results of finite element numerical simulation,and the effects of two loading types on the strength,deformation capacity and failure modes of the panels were investigated as well.Results showed that the mechanical properties and failure modes of granite cladding panels were affected by loading types.The sliding between panels and pins had a great effect on the bearing capacity under low cyclic loading and a minor effect under monotonic loading.The connection between panel and dowel pin was the weakest part.Under the action of the out-of-plane loading,the panels had stress concentration phenomenon and showed the characteristics of brittle fracture.The experimental results can provide a reference for the design of granite cladding panels with dowel pin connection.
