摘要
绿色技能又称“可持续发展技能”,信息化时代将人才培养目标与企业岗位需求对接,着力培养学生的核心素养;将数字资源库和虚拟仿真平台引入教育教学中,注重在实践活动中培养学生的实践能力;运用信息技术创新人才评价机制,发挥其对教育教学的正向激励作用,为高职院校培养学生的可持续发展能力提供借鉴和参考。
Green skills are also called“sustainable development skills”.In the information age,the aim of talent cultivation is connected with the demand of enterprise post,and the core quality of students is cultivated;the digital resource base and virtual simulation platform are introduced into education and teaching,and the practical ability of students is cultivated in practical activities;the evaluation system of talents is innovated by information technology,which plays a positive role in stimulating education and teaching,so as to train students’sustainability in higher vocational colleges.
