摘要
世界技能大赛餐厅服务项目要求选手具备良好的沟通能力、应变能力和动手操作能力,而目前职业院校对学生综合能力的培养还有许多不足。职业院校职业技能教学要向世界技能大赛要求靠拢,突出职业能力和职业素质培养;同时,要深化校企合作,让学生在真实工作场景中得到更多锻炼。
The restaurant service project of the World skills Competition requires the contestants to have good communication ability,adaptability,and hands-on ability,but there are still many deficiencies in the cultivation of students’comprehensive ability in vocational colleges at present.Vocational skills teaching in vocational colleges should be close to the requirements of the World skills Competition,highlight the cultivation of vocational ability and professional quality,at the same time,deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,so that students can get more exercises under the real work scene.
