摘要
高度近视视盘及盘周的改变为原发性开角型青光眼(primary open-angle glaucoma,POAG)合并高度近视患者的早期诊断及病情进展分析带来困难。光相干断层扫描血管成像技术(optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA)作为一种非侵入性眼底影像检查技术,可以量化视网膜、脉络膜各部分血流密度,具有无创、快速和可随访等特点。OCTA可以通过评估脉络膜、视网膜各部位异常血流状态,并与视网膜神经纤维层厚度、视野等改变相结合,从而为POAG合并高度近视的早期诊断、病情进展分析和治疗效果评估提供依据。本文对POAG、高度近视以及POAG合并高度近视患者的OCTA眼底血流改变和特点进行综述,以对POAG合并高度近视临床诊断提供比较可靠的参考指标。
Early diagnosis and progression analysis of patients with high myopic disc and periapical changes in primary openangle glaucoma(POAG)complicated with high myopic glaucoma are difficult.Optical coherence tomography(OCTA)is a non-invasive fundus imaging technique that quantifies the blood flow density of each part of the retina and choroid,with the characteristics of non-invasive,rapid and can be followed up.OCTA can be used to evaluate abnormal blood flow in various parts of the choroid and retina,and combined with changes in retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and visual field,so as to provide evidence for early diagnosis,disease progression analysis and treatment effect evaluation of high myopia with POAG.In this paper,the changes and characteristics of OCTA fundus blood flow in patients with POAG,high myopia and POAG combined with high myopia were reviewed,so as to provide a reliable reference index for the clinical diagnosis of POAG combined with high myopia.
