基于缩比模型的悬索跨越管桥结构安全性分析研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探究长庆油田在役悬索跨越管桥结构的安全性,给在役悬索跨越管桥安全评价及维护保养提供理论依据,通过缩比模拟试验及钢索拉断试验开展了相关研究。以清峪河悬索跨越为例,根据几何相似原理,对悬索跨越开展缩比简化设计;并以靖咸管道某一悬索跨越为例,进行悬索跨越钢丝绳力学性能分析。研究表明:当悬索跨越结构在不同位置加载集中载荷或悬索结构发生破坏时,管体本身的应变有明显变化,但索系本身的设计和布置能够保证管桥结构及管体安全可靠;钢索表面腐蚀对钢索内部影响较小,且对钢索整体力学性能影响不大;现有钢索评价方法较为保守,还需进一步研究以得到合适的评价方法,降低在役悬索跨越管桥的维护成本。 In order to explore the safety of the suspension pipe bridge in-service of Changqing Oilfield and provide a theoretical basis for the safety evaluation and maintenance of suspension pipe bridge in-service,relevant researches are studied based on the scale simulating test and wire rope tensile tests.On the background of the suspension pipe bridge over Qingyu River,according to the principle of geometric similarity,the design of the suspension pipe bridge is simplified.Taking a suspension pipe bridge of Jingxian Pipeline as an example,the mechanical properties of the suspension pipe bridge of steel wire rope are analyzed.The study shows that the strain of the pipe changes obviously when the concentrated load is loaded at different positions or the suspension structure is damaged.However,the safety and reliability of the pipe bridge structure can be ensured by the design and layout of the cable system itself.Corrosion on the surface of wire ropes has little effect on the internal parts and the mechanical properties of them.The existing evaluation methods of wire ropes are relatively conservative,and further study is necessary to obtain a proper evaluation method to reduce the cost of maintenance on suspension pipe bridges in-service.
