摘要
为了确定大庆油田聚合物驱油试验选用的新型疏水缔合聚合物AP-P3的配制注入工艺参数,从而为产能建设方案和实际生产提供理论依据和技术支持,需要对其熟化时间和流变性进行测试。采用黏度法测试了疏水缔合聚合物的熟化时间,结果表明:试验室条件下,其熟化时间为150 min,考虑到现场实际生产情况,熟化时间定为3 h。采用流变仪测试质量浓度为1000~5000 mg/L的疏水缔合聚合物溶液的流变性,结果表明:在常规剪切速率范围内,疏水缔合聚合物溶液呈现出与油田常规聚合物相仿的流变特性,即其溶液为剪切稀释流体,符合幂律流体特征;利用流变曲线回归得出疏水缔合聚合物的流变参数。对疏水缔合聚合物母液和大庆2500万超高分聚合物母液的流变性进行比较,结果表明疏水缔合聚合物母液的黏度更高,高出幅度近20%。
In order to determine the parameters of preparation and injection process of a new hydrophobic associating polymer AP-P3 used in the polymer oil displacement test of Daqing Oilfield,and to provide theoretical basis and technical support for productivity construction scheme and actual production,it is necessary to test its maturation time and rheological properties.The maturation time of hydrophobic associating polymer is tested by viscosimetry.The results show that its maturation time is 150 minutes under laboratory conditions.Considering the actual production in the field,the maturation time is set at 3 hours.The rheological properties of hydrophobic associating polymer solutions with concentrations of 1000 mg/L to 5000 mg/L are tested by rheometer.The results show that the rheological properties of hydrophobic associating polymer solution are similar to those of conventional polymer solution in oilfield in the range of conventional shear rate.That is to say,its solution is a shear-diluted fluid,which conforms to the power-law fluid model.Rheological parameters of hydrophobic associating polymers are regressed by rheological curves.The rheological properties of polymer mother solution of hydrophobic associating polymer and that of Daqing super-high molecular weight(25 million)are compared.The results show that the viscosity of hydrophobic associating polymer mother liquid is about 20%higher.
