经伤椎连续固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的远期疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经伤椎连续固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的远期疗效。方法选取2018年6月~2019年4月我院收治的94例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各47例。对照组患者给予跨伤椎固定治疗,观察组患者给予经伤椎连续固定治疗,比较两组患者手术前和术后1年随访影像学指标:椎体压缩率、伤椎椎体前缘高度比和伤椎Cobb角,比较手术前后VAS、FIM评分。结果术前,两组患椎体压缩率、伤椎椎体前缘高度比和伤椎Cobb角比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1年随访,观察组椎体压缩率、伤椎椎体前缘高度比显著高于对照组,伤椎Cobb角显著小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前,两组VAS、FIM评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后两组患者VAS评分较术前显著降低,FIM评分显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者经伤椎连续固定治疗,能够有效降低远期复位丢失和纠正骨折后畸形,缓解术后疼痛,远期疗效较好。
