摘要 建设产教融合型企业是推动职业教育发展改革、促进社会经济高质量增长的必要举措,评估其试点的经营绩效是产教融合型企业政策从理论制定到成果实现中必不可少的实践环节。通过引入平衡记分卡理论并结合产教融合型试点企业的特殊性质与实际运营情况,从企业赢利与投资维度、院校满意度与社会影响维度、内部运营维度、学习与成长维度进行深入探究,构建产教融合型试点企业评价指标体系,并在此基础上提出具体的实施建议,切实提高评估结果的精准度和全面性。 The construction of the industry-education integration enterprises is a necessary countermeasure to promote the development and reform of vocational education and the high-quality social and economic growth.In regard to the policies of industry-education integration enterprises,the evaluation of the pilot operation performance is an essential practical link in the process of theoretical formulation to achievement realization.By introducing the theory of balanced scorecard and combining the special nature and actual operation of the industry-education integration pilot enterprises,this paper made an in-depth exploration from the dimensions of(1)enterprise profit and investment,(2)vocational college satisfaction and social impact,(3)internal operation,and(4)learning and growth.An evaluation index system of the industry-education integration pilot enterprises was constructed accordingly,and specific implementation suggestions on this basis to improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the evaluation results were put forward.
