盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中、重度癌痛患者的不良反应及护理效果观察

Adverse reactions and nursing effects of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe cancer pain

目的观察盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中、重度癌痛患者并配合护理干预的疼痛缓解效果及不良反应。方法在本院2017年6月~2019年6月收治的中、重度癌痛患者中选择90例作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组(各45例),其中对照组给予硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗,并采取常规的护理干预;观察组患者给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,并采取针对性护理干预,对比两组患者的临床效果、不良反应发生情况等。结果对照组与观察组患者的疼痛缓解率分别为93.3%、95.6%,两组患者的镇痛效果并不存在明显差异(P>0.05)。对照组与观察组在治疗前的NRS评分并无明显差异(P>0.05);经过治疗后,两组患者的NRS评分均有明显降低(P<0.05),且两组患者在治疗后NRS评分也不存在显著差异(P>0.05);经过观察与记录,观察组患者发生不良反应的概率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作的满意率达到了95.6%,明显高于对照组患者的满意率(82.2%)(P<0.05)。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片在中、重度癌痛患者的临床治疗中具有良好的镇痛效果,且发生不良反应的风险较小,在相应护理干预的配合下,其治疗有效性及安全性均较为理想。

Objective To observe the pain relief effect and adverse reactions of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in patients with moderate to severe cancer pain combined with nursing intervention.Methods Ninety patients with moderate or severe cancer pain admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group(45 cases each)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets and routine nursing intervention.The patients in the observation group were treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and targeted nursing intervention was used to compare the clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups.ResuIts The pain relief rates of the control group and the observation group were 93.3%and 95.6%.There was no significant difference in the analgesic effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The NRS scores of the control group and the observation group before treatment were not.The difference was significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the NRS scores of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the NRS scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);Observation and recording,the probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the nursing work in the observation group reached 95.6%,which was significantly higher than the satisfaction rate of the control group(82.2%)(P<0.05).ConcIusion Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets has good analgesic effect in the clinical treatment of patients with moderate or severe cancer pain,and the risk of adverse reactions is small.With the cooperation of corresponding nursing interventions,its therapeutic effectiveness and safety Sex is ideal.
