血液透析浓缩液保护盖的制作与应用

Manufacture and application of protection cover for hemodialysis concentrate

目的制作改良血液透析浓缩液保护盖以保护血液透析浓缩液,使其在使用过程中不受细小物品掉落而污染,以达到医院感染控制管理要求。方法利用透析浓缩液桶盖和小号漏斗制作透析浓缩液保护盖,并将保护盖装在透析机透析液吸管上端,透析时覆盖在透析浓缩液桶口处,以保护浓缩液不被细小物品掉落而污染。结果使用保护盖后,实验组的细小物品掉落次数发生率、受污染废弃浓缩液的发生率与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论透析浓缩液保护盖能有效保护使用中的透析浓缩液不受外来细小物品掉落而污染,确保患者透析治疗安全,降低透析成本,减轻护士工作量。

Objective To manufacture and apply the modified protection cover for hemodialysis concentrate to avoid contamination by small objects and meet the hospital infection control managementrequirements.Methods The protective cover of the hemodialysis concentrate was made by means of the cover of the hemodialysis concentrate bucket and the small funnel.and the protective cover was installed on the top end of the hemodialysate suction pipe of the dialysis machine.During the dialysis,the protective cover was placed at the mouth of the dialysis concentrate bucket,so as to protect the concentrated solution from being contaminated by small objects falling down.Results Compared with the control group,there was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of the number of small items dropped and the incidence of contaminated waste concentrate in the experimental group after using the protective cover(P<0.001).Conc lus ion The protective cover of hemodialysis concentrate can effectivelyprotect the hemodialysis concentrate in use from the contamination caused by the falling of small objects,so as to ensure the safety of patients'hemodialysis treatment,reduce the cost of hemodialysis and reduce the workload of nurses.
