原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进术后血钙下降影响因素分析及处理

The analysis of factors influencing blood calcium decline after surgery for primary hyperparathyroidism

手术切除病变的甲状旁腺是原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(primaryhyperparathyroidism,PHPT)的有效治疗方法,低钙血症是术后早期最常见的并发症。本文对原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进病人临床特征及生化指标与术后血钙下降的相关性进行综述。预测并分析PHPT术后血钙下降的程度,为术后制定有效的钙补充策略提供参考,降低术后暂时性或永久性低钙血症发生率。
