福尔马林治疗难治性出血膀胱炎二例

摘要 病例1,女性,58岁。2017年12月入院,宫颈癌局部放疗结束后2年,间断出现肉眼血尿1年,加重1个月。全程肉眼血尿明显,伴血凝块及排尿困难,尿频、尿急、尿痛等刺激症状。贫血面貌,血红蛋白61g/L,凝血常规正常。尿脱落细胞学检查阴性,CT尿路造影(CT urography,CTU)提示泌尿系统未见占位性病变。既往反复输血、膀胱镜下止血、双侧髂内动脉分支栓塞等治疗.
